Transpersonal Hypnotherapy/Integrated Imagery and Healing

I am a Certified Master Hypnotherapist, and a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. All is possible if we put our minds to it; the mind can do anything. As Cayce, the great Sleeping Prophet said, "the Mind is the Builder and the Body is the Result." We create our own world, now let's start to heal it, and it all starts from within the self.

True physical healing occurs by healing the deep inner traumas, which can be held in any lifetime. All is deposited into the current physical body, as it acts as a 'storage facility' for our traumas, ailments, of all kinds, mental, emotional and physical. Many people are afraid of hypnotherapy, thinking they will be made to do something, while true hypnotherapy is only a medium by which to access the inner self. All healing is done within, and the true self must decide what to heal and when. I am just really a facilitator.

Trance states are achieved and allow me to conduct session on a 'Soul' level, so that the true Soul can make all the decisions about what to let go of, what to change and what to hang onto. I am merely a 'watcher', a bystander, someone who is there but my clients actually lead the whole session. People who want to heal and are serious about it, will allow more 'baggage' to leave, and they will usually feel lighter because of this. But some people are resistant to change, and afraid to let go, and they may approach healing slower.

Integrated Imagery

is simply a guided meditation, with soft, flowing massage music playing in the background. It is no different than being in meditation, except I am there to 'guide' my clients through the experience. It is a gentle journey through time lead by the client's Higher Self.

My aim is to help clients set their goals and then to achieve those goals by gently 'guiding' them on their own individual path. It requires time, patience and incredible intuitive ability on my part to guide clients in their chosen direction, to help them on their present life journey. However, I am very well-trained in imagery therapy, hypnotherapy and as a healer, and I'm experienced. My goal is that they are 'enlightened' by the total experience, as am I, and I help create positive balance and changes in their present life.

Thoughts change things in the body and in the mind, we call this base our 'Belief System'. Our belief or programs affect everything in our lives. They become the patterns of our lives in many ways. Your thoughts can make you sick, and/or keep you from achieving wellness. Thoughts are energy, energy is matter - all things are matter, so all things are made up of energy, i.e, thoughts. The mind is the actually a Master Programmer and our belief patterns are the result.

Cleansing the body means also cleansing the mind because the mind and body are one. I believe we are more than just the sum of our physical bodies, we in fact have many bodies in one but the one we are most aware of is our physical body. Enhancing or expanding awareness means to become more aware of who we really are. Your belief system, as well you emotions affects your physical body, just like the foods and beverages you consume each day.

Session Contents

 Every Integrated Imagery session will be different, as it based upon the clients needs that particular day. The client brings a list of either five questions they would like answers to, much like a medium reading, or chooses five areas in their present lifetime they would like to explore. These might be old traumas, unforgiving memories, accidents, or any changes in their life they want answers to. Some people even explore the reasons why they are here this time. As a Certified Regression Therapist, I try and help them resolve the hidden issues and traumas, and find their life's mission.

The answers do not come from me, I only act as a facilitator for their own Higher Self or Soul to come through. Then, they lead me on their journey, and I follow them. They show me, and tell me what it is their human side needs to know. The answers might be in direct response to the questions asked or intended, as they do not have to be asked directly, or, their Higher Self might lead them in a whole different direction. It is always up to my client, everything is as their Higher Self dictates during session.

All sessions are recorded and unless recording equipment fails, they have the opportunity to have a CD recording of each of their sessions. I am a true healer at heart, and I am happiest when my clients receive the knowledge that they are seeking, as I am only helping them on this quest.

Some people want to know their future, and it is quite possible to visit it during Integrated Imagery sessions since the Past, Present and Future are all linked. In reality, time is really but an illusion for this life on earth, so if the Higher Self allows it, it is quite easy to take my clients into their future lives. Higher Self will only usually allow whatever the client is ready for at the time of the session. Advanced information will not usually be accessible.

SRT - Spiritual Response Therapy

 SRT is an advanced dowsing program that accessed the Akashic Records, looks for problems (old karmic patterns) to clear out. It also uses downloads, clearing of Soul pieces, etc. to clear the path to Higher Self for each client. In the process, of course, it clears up energy blockages, deleted old or useless Soul programming, removes entities both good and bad, doesn't matter here, and rewrites Soul programming for the highest good of my clients.

According to Rev. Robert Detzler, the creator of this program, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) 'is a system of researching the subconscious mind and soul records (Akashic Records or Hall of Records) to quickly find and release the discordant, limiting ideas and replace them with loving, supportive ideas and beliefs. Some people might refer to this as searching 'The Hall of Records' in the Soul.

It was originally designed to take the place of hypnotherapy, however, it does work quite well either on it's own merits, or along side hypnotherapy. At our core level, we are all made of Soul programming, and pieces. Most people with a problem are usually experience holes in their energy field, and then extra pieces join in. It is usually the conflict in the pieces that creates discrepancies in the lifetime journey, ie. creates hardship.

Most people find that a couple of SRT sessions tends to help them think clearer, know what their true path is, and removed many negative patterns. However, nothing last forever, and this is a very advanced dowsing program. That being said, it does have to be repeated but some people stay clearer than others.

SRT can be used to clear people, property, pets.

Remote Depossession

 The expression "we are not alone" does not always mean those around us are benevolent. There are unseen beings around us. Some are of the highest vibration and some are not, and so the question is, what is Remote Depossession and who needs it? Remote Depossession is the removal of negative attached entities or energies. These attached energies can be evil, but many times are just earth bound (EB) spirits. EB spirits are those souls who died and did not go to the "light" or Home. Attached entities/energies have been found to produce a variety of problems. They may include behavior, emotional or physical disturbances. The techniques of Remote Depossession include locating, identifying and persuading entities/energies to leave and go to a better place. Entities/energies may not be the total cause of all our problems, but their presence appears to interfere with other types of therapy and impede healing.

What are the indications or signs and symptoms for Remote Depossession? There can be many different signs like: subject may hears voices, have physical symptoms, which have no apparent source, may have been recently been very ill, or involved in an accident, attended a funeral, hospital, hospice or nursing home. Subject may have strange (not their regular) impulses/compulsions or addictions, or act in an uncustomary manner. Helen works directly with Archangel Michael as well as other Ascended Masters to relieve the client of the attachments. Helen is both a Certified Remote Depossession Practitioner and Certified Remote Depossession Trainer.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

 EFT is a great little self-help method that almost anyone can do. Once it's learned it can be applied almost anywhere, anytime. It is convenient, cheap and it works according to the recent available research. I am very pleased to be able to offer this service currently to clients, knowing it is most beneficial. It's very simple and it just involves tapping some areas on the body while making some statements. It can easily be done on the phone or on Skype, as well as in person.

Healing sessions are based on client's preferences and needs. I am well-trained in many different healing modalities and combine the most powerful parts of my training with my own psychic and God-given abilities to create a distinct healing session for my clients.
